Cover letter and CV
Collect certificates, obtain certified copies, get references, maintain your LinkedIn profile. Digital business card. None of that with us. We focus on lean processes and evaluate the person. A brief, personalized cover letter and a one- to two-page resume will start your journey with us.
Online Assessment
Coding Interview or Presentation
As a software developer, you are working on a coding challenge in C or C++. As a hardware developer or test engineer, you are preparing a project presentation. As an administrative employee, you will receive an online challenge that tests your rhetorical skills.
On-site interview

If all lights are green up to this point, we'll invite you to an introductory meeting with your supervisors. Remember: this interview is for you to get to know us. Do you like our culture? Do you like our office? Be yourself. We don't bite.
Contract
Our Contract: Fair and Detailed
If we still want to work together after the on-site meeting, we will send you a contract. Our contract is very detailed and is intended to clear up any doubts. We try to explain exactly and in detail what individual clauses mean.
